When you ask a question, your input is sent to this third-party AI service for processing. Only the question text you type is sent — not your name, email, or account details. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your questions.
- AI Training & Customisation — We have configured the AI with custom prompts incorporating NCERT curriculum content, personalised tutor personalities, and board exam context. Your individual conversations are not used to retrain the AI model.
- Razorpay — processes all payments securely
- Google OAuth — enables secure, password-free login
- Render.com — hosts our infrastructure and databases
Summary for parents: When your child asks a question on Explainables, the question text is sent to an external AI service to generate an answer. We do not send names, emails, or personal details. Always encourage students not to share personal information in their questions.
